' GOODBYE CRUEL WORLD '
The 5th Shakespear's Sister single was released in September 1991, to this day it remains a favourite of fans, both video and song. The epic video was again directed by Sophie Muller and depicts both Siobhan and Marcella in glamorous 1940s starlet roles. Shot in black and white with small segments of colour, the video is like a mini film, theatrical and over the top glamour with clips of Siobhan complete with ringlets jumping on a bed with a studio performance of the song. This was the start of the darker visual image of Shakespear's Sister (enter the sequins) and a more creative spin on their songs through video. 'Goodbye Cruel World' won an award for best video, and well deserved.

' DIRTY MIND '
Re-recorded, remixed and released in 1990 'Dirty Mind' was the 4th single in the Uk. Another Sophie Muller video, this time a vampy looking Siobhan complete with ringlets (here comes the dark and sinister SF ) dances in front of a video backdrop of previous Sister videos, a fun upbeat video ending the 'Sacred Heart' phase.

' RUN SILENT RUN DEEP '
Shakespear's Sisters 3rd single charted less well reaching #54 in the UK, still a success as it remains a fan favourite with it's polished video. Again directed by Sophie Muller, sees both Siobhan and Marcella in a more serious mood performing various scenes set in the studio, on the beach running through the ocean and in Siobhan's swimming pool floating amongst water lillies. This video uses the theme of water to great effect in turn giving some stunning results.

' YOU'RE HISTORY '
Released in the summer of 1989, Shakespear's Sisters second single became a chart hit reaching the top 10 in the UK and across Europe. The video which was directed by Sophie Muller sees (for the first time) Marcella Detroit pulling back the drapes to reveal Siobhan performing once again with various circus performers like Jugglers, dancers, ballerinas and clowns and another guest appearance by baby Sam as a bumble bee. Siobhan gives a hypnotic performance showing her new look, dressed in black with a video backdrop of Marcella's guitar. Another memorable video and an MTV favourite.

' HEROINE '
Released as the AA side to 'Break My Heart' in 1988 and as the lead in Canada, 'Heroine' remains one of the most striking of Shakespear's Sisters songs and singles, an intense dark vocal gives the song depth and edge. The video, again directed by Sophie Muller sees Siobhan dancing and running barefoot through the streets of New York in a wedding dress, shot in black and white, sepia and colour intercut with some lovely scenes with baby Sam. Looking beautiful, making this a very memorable early video.

' BREAK MY HEART '
Shakespear's Sisters debut double A side single 'Break My Heart' and 'Heroine' was issued in October 1988. The video directed by Sophie Muller, sees Siobhan performing on a stage set with various other circus performers like jugglers, acrobats, clowns, sailor boys and dancers. Looking vastly different from her days with Bananarama, looking great, a good performance is given and the stage was set.

' PULSATRON '
A very energetic fast paced video, using various live performances to create an edgy club based film that shows the energy of Siobhan's live set. Filmed for the 2nd single, released on SF Records in 2005, and a must for MTV.

' BAD BLOOD ' Directed by fan and film makers Morten Magnus and Christiani Saksen. Released October 2005 Recorded to coincide with the release of her 3rd single 'Bad Blood' the video is an eerie affair, a dark brooding film that suits the mood of the song. Siobhan is seen lurking in the woods spying on two men at twilight, some sort of wood witch, with a dark Exorcist tinge . Other segments see her in glam mode complete with 70s feather cut. The song has a very 60s edge ramped up to millennium electonica, the ending sees Siobhan still spying through the lens on........you.
