The crowd loved Bananarama last year and they performed some new songs too. Hopefully Siobhan will get a really great crowd too and maybe she will perform some of her new tracks? although i'd like to hear 'You Made Me Come To This' live, now she has taken up the Shakespears Sister monika again she may just do it?......... Although she still sang some Shakespears Sister songs and 'Venus' whilst 'solo'.

It would be brilliant to travel round to go to all of this shows, Hoxton looks like it was a warm up. These come in time to promote the 'It's A Trip' e.p, I imagine everyone will be pleased with the destinations? Who knows how long it will be until the next live sets.

You're right, 'White Rabbit' would have been a good track to add, it was on the 'Best Of' though. I'm not not sure if you can buy the new album tracks singularly from iTunes?, but 'Someone Else's Girl' is definitely worth getting if you can.

Rumours abound! Spreading across forums and message boards is the rumour that Bananarama's next single will be 'Viva' favourite 'Dum Dum Boy' It is only a rumour, but it has been suggested by lots of fans and their performance of it at The Garage was excellent, great dance routine....quirky lyrics, i won't complain......who knows? I wonder if it's true?

I notice this is now a dead link...does it mean there will be NO vinyl edition of 'Songs From The Red Room'? I hope the whole thing hasn't been scrapped, it's hardly had time to get up and running, shame for those that wanted it, and for Siobhan. How well is the album doing, I wonder?

Excellent interview, I would have liked more questions...but then I could read pages of interviews with Siobhan.
Remember The Eighties is a cool site, it keeps you up to date with all your old favourites, they did a great piece on Bananarama recently, lets hope they do more Siobhan related segments.

"someone else's girl" not on the version I have, but i'd like to hear it. I think 'Someone Elses Girl" is just for the iTunes digital release?, thats where I downloaded it from anyway. It's not on the CD, they should have added it and 'Wings' instead of the remixes. It's such a great version, I like it more than the other, i'm glad it was an addd extra for downloading.

What are your favourite album tracks from 'Songs From The Red Room' ?
For me the whole album is brilliantly done, it doesn't sound like a Shakespears Sister album but i suppose it is as well as Siobhan's solo album.....But there are some definite highlights.
'Someone Elses Girl' sounds amazing, her vocal is beautiful on this one, very clear and lots of warmth.
'A Loaded Gun' sounds better than ever. 'Was It Worth It?' a very quirky track which Terry definitely adds a lot to, Siobhan sounds fragmented on this.
'You're Not Yourself' great electronica, vocals....the whole thing and it meets expectations.

Brilliant video, and one of the finer songs from 'Sacred Heart' this single should have been top 10.

Love this video, great job! It really suits the track, I wasn't that keen on 'It's A Trip' to start with.
